As the on-site leader, the Lead Carpenter oversees all aspects of project execution, from reviewing drawings and planning work schedules to coordinating trades, materials, and site activities. The successful candidate is expected to anticipate project needs, maintain productivity, and ensure work progresses efficiently with minimal oversight.
This role is responsible for supervising crews, maintaining a safe and organized job site, and ensuring all work meets True North’s standards for quality and craftsmanship. The Site Supervisor conducts regular quality checks, addresses issues promptly, and ensures installations are completed correctly the first time.
